Haxcore aluminum vacuum table was made based on Haxcore more than 10 years experience. It uses our another product, namely, aluminum honeycomb core inside, to make sure the planarity. Commonalty of facing materials and core materials can reduces the affect of temperature differences affecting the table flatness.

Product Features:
1. Customized Dimensions: The dimension, suction hole diameter, hole distance and suction inlets quantity can be customized. But 1.5mm diameter holes 15mm apart are standard and work well with most applications.
2. Light Weight: The high strength super light aluminum honeycomb core are used inside. Average weight of table ranges from 25 to 35 kg per square meter;
3. Super Flatness and Rigidity: Planarity will be lower than 0.3mm. But it often can reach 0.1 mm in most cases. Deflection value will be lower than 0.1mm once gave 30kg pressure;
